Watch Strap Information

How do I find the correct length for my watchstrap?

It is best to do this with a thread or cord that loosely surrounds the point of the wrist you are wearing your watch. The little finger should still find space between the bracelet and the wrist, so that the bracelet wouldn’t be too tight.

Which strap width do I need for my watch?

The width of the strap is determined by the width of the lug which is placed on the watch case and also by the width of the buckle. The measurements are made in millimeters and the first number is the width of the lug on the watch case, the second describes the width of the buckle, e.g. 20/18. You should measure the width of the lug with a ruler on the watch case.

What does the numbers 130/75 etc. mean?

Our watch straps consist of 2 leather parts. These are measured in millimeters and indicated with the longer part first. The longer part then has 130 mm in this case, the shorter 75 mm.

I need a different size for my watch or wrist!

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a watch strap but your current size is not available. We also have the possibility to make other sizes and lengths of bracelets. Please write us an email: service@gentlezeus.com

How can I change my watch strap?

What payment methods are accepted?

At the moment, we accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Paypal and bank transfers. We will try to provide further possibilities in the near future like ApplePay e.g..

Is my data secure?

Our onlineshop as well as the payment process is completely SSL encrypted and corresponds to the regular safety standards of modern onlineshops.

Orders and Returns

How much is shipping within Europe?

Shipping is free within Europe from 50 €. The shipping is online traceable. We send small products by mail for 3,70 €, bigger products by DHL parcel for 8,90 €.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not. You can order from us as a normal guest.

How do I track my order?

We will send you a link with the shipment number and a link to the shipment tracking by email after we have packed the goods. On the platform of our dispatch service provider you can then check the current status of the goods.

How can I return a product?

If the item you have purchased does not fit your taste, you will have 14 days to claim it and send it back to us.

When you return a product, you pay the shipping costs. We recommend that you fully insure your products and keep proof of shipping. If we have to pay postage for your package, we deduct the amount from your refund. The package you send us is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can not accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged on the way back to us.

The products must be received by us within 14 days after you have informed us about the cancellation of the product, here the postmark is valid.

Please understand that we reserve the right to accept and accept goods which have not been used, modified or damaged.

Refunds will be made within 20 days after receipt of the goods in the warehouse and after confirmation of the above mentioned conditions.
